What is the role?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will join our supportive customer service team as the first point of contact for both our external and internal customers. You'll help look after our portfolio of small to large businesses and provide expert advice and solutions to drive sales and build lasting relationships with our customers.

This is a fast paced, dynamic and KPI driven environment, but also customer-centric. We don't believe in a hard sell because our strong core values allow us to focus purely on building long-term sustainable relationships with our customers. Acting as a trusted Hilti Representative for a number of accounts, you will partner with our customers to understand their business needs and how our products can add value. This is why we stand out as the market leader.

Your profile

  • University degree in Economy or Engineering (considered as an advantage)  
  • A self-starter attitude with a high level of commitment and customer focus
  • Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
  • High motivation level, team player, attention to detail and result oriented
  • High commitment proven in previous work experiences
  • High level of courage
  • High level of integrity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (Intermediate level), Italian is appreciated
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Driver’s license B
